Data transfer speed reduced to Zero. Network and Local

CopyHandler 1.3, Windows 7 64 bit

Transfer speeds of Zero through Copy Handler, but fine through regular methods.
Have reinstalled application.
Any help much appreciated. I've become reliant on this excellent application for overnight transfers.
