Overwrite Older/Smaller

A great feature would be to add to the copy options the ability to Overwrite target files which are older or smaller than the source.
This is a great feature in programs like FlashFxp for ftp transfers. Its fantastic for if you are copying a lot of files and there are some errors and some of the files are not fully copied. It means you can just restart the transfer, it will skip all the files that are the same size, and overwrite the ones which are smaller. This way you can be positive of the file integrity, as non of the files have "resumed" transfers which can sometimes cause issues.
