Discussion about bugs/issues / Re: Options Dialog: User shall define the size
« Last post by Ixen on December 16, 2016, 12:43:38 pm »
Two languages - there are supposedly some differences between various german dialects.
As for splitting the font sizes I think current possibilities of adjusting font sizes (language files and system DPI) should suffice. Options' dialog is rarely used when CH is configured, also it is scheduled to be completely replaced eventually.

Thank you. I've done it.
Maybe you can seperate it in FONT for the options and in FONTS for the Status window.

Why two german language files?
Thanks

Discussion about bugs/issues / FeatureRequest: File already exist
« Last post by DerMicha on December 14, 2016, 02:14:54 pm »
Win7 64bit SP1 all Updates german language
Copy Handler 1.44 installed version

FeatureRequest:
If a file already exist in the destination folder, CH64 comes forward in the task bar for asking what to do. But the "window" stays in the background, so the user have to click on it to bring it in the foreground.

Better:
A pop-up window will appear in the FOREGROUND for asking what to do.

Thanks

You can try editing the language file (german.lng or german2.lng) - there is an option (probably at the end of file) that specifies font size (section [Info], node Size).

The Ctrl, Shift and Alt have special meaning when using drag&drop.
Currently you can manually force the 101st task to run by pressing "resume" button when this task is selected.

This is not a bug. Append tries to copy the remaining part of file, so that the destination will be the same as source file.
What you want here is another functionality, and it is described here (and scheduled to be done eventually): https://dev.copyhandler.com/browse/CH-7

Discussion about bugs/issues / Options Dialog: User shall define the size

The size in the dialog boxes is very very small. I'm an old guy and my eyes are no longer as good as in the past when I was much younger.

Request:
I want to define the size of the types (Letters/characters)

Thanks

Win7 64bit SP1 all Updates german language
Copy Handler 1.44 installed version

Copy Handler processes the tasks in the order the files are added in the list of tasks (chronical order).

Example:
100 files are in the list of tasks.
Another one is added. It's number 101
CopyHandler will process this number 101 after the first 100 tasks are done.

Request:
Process task 101 at once, don't wait before the other tasks are done.
Use a shortcut

Filemanager (for example: q-dir)
Drag'n'drop a file from source folder to destination folder by this way:

Click with left mouse on the file and hold it and push at the same time the keys

(for example) SHIFT+Ctrl
or
another combination

and drag'n'drop the file to the destination folder.
This file will be copied/moved at once.
